The story
The Antonov An-2 first flew in 1947 and was built in huge numbers for farm work, parachuting, cargo and passengers. Its flight manual doesn't even list a stall speed: slow it right down and it settles toward the ground at about parachute descent rate.
In a strong headwind the An-2 can fly so slowly that it moves backwards relative to the ground while still under control.
