The story
Beechcraft stretched the King Air 90's cabin by about four feet, giving it room for up to thirteen passengers. Built from 1969 to 1983, it's the King Air variant that put corporate turboprops within reach of regional charter operators.
The King Air 100 borrowed its wings, tail and engines from the Beechcraft 99 airliner, and its fuselage went on to become the basis of the Super King Air 200.
